A Curious Cat Original.

A tiny woodland world, completely handbuilt from clay. This one-of-a-kind ceramic planter is sculpted to resemble an old tree stump, complete with individually formed shelf mushrooms climbing the bark and a curious little slug making its way over the rim.

Every element was created by hand—from forming the planter and attached drainage dish to carving the wood-grain texture, sculpting and attaching each mushroom and the tiny slug, then glazing the many individual details and firing the finished piece. Small in size, but an especially time-intensive and detailed piece to create.

The planter has a drainage hole with an attached catch dish, making it perfect for a small succulent or other petite plant—or simply as a whimsical piece of woodland ceramic art.
